An amazing group of dedicated individuals working their butts off to improve the day to day lives of some the most vulnerable people of Rochester. Kudo's to you all!
If you really want to be clean and sober this is the place. They will go out they way to make sure you have WHAT you need to be successfull. My opinion is reception in need of improvement but the staff and councilors are awesome especially Adam if you can get in his group do it. I will not forget the nurse kelley who I saw in the beginning and if it wasn't for her I don't think I d be clean and sober today because she told me I did have what it took to get clean. I will not forget her thank you kelley for taking the time to talk and listen. You were the first time I felt hope. Thank you Ms Deb ball and Adam. Thank you Huther Doyle God bless you

I really wanted to enjoy my time here; there are LOTS of friendly staff members, lots of good souls, but sadly the higher-ups do not understand, nor wish to accommodate transgender addicts looking to preserve their recovery. Too bad; they should switch their slogan, if that's how they wish to treat a marginalized group already suffering from a high addiction rate.
Love it. Got a year under my belt, thanks to them. :)
